Antwerp Gems was founded by Faridullah Safi, whose journey in the gemstone world began in 2014 through direct involvement in gemstone mining and trading. Working closely with natural stones at their source provided him with invaluable insight into their formation, character, and true value — knowledge that can only be gained through experience.

To complement his practical expertise, He pursued professional gemmological training and qualified as a Graduate Gemmologist from HRD Antwerp, one of Europe’s most respected gemstone authorities. This combination of field experience and scientific knowledge forms the enduring foundation of Antwerp Gems.

Through participation in international gemstone and jewellery exhibitions and trade events, he has established strong relationships within the global gemstone community. These trusted partnerships allow Antwerp Gems to source natural gemstones with care, responsibility, and confidence in their authenticity.
